The company allows the cancellation of the reservation and the return of the amount paid with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the date set for the collection of the car. In this case, the company will refund the amount paid for the reservation to the customer’s bank account.However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the date of collection of the car, then the company does not guarantee the refund of the amount paid. In this case, the company may refund part or none of the amount paid, depending on the refund policies it has established.

If you change a booking and the charges for the Rental Services are higher than the original booking charge, you will be charged the difference based on the then current rates and the additional amount will be payable when you communicate the booking amendment to us. If the cost of the amended booking is lower than the charge of the original booking no refund will be made. The same applies if the rental amount ends up being less than what has been prepaid.
